These Instructions are for Mac with two outputs cards.
One 21" monitor is set up to 1152x870 Resolution.
The second output is set up to 1152x870 and connected to a scan converter.

1.Connect Folsom scan converter to output #2 (On the bottom)
2. Restart computer.

3. Open Control panel > Monitors and click arrange. Verify that both monitors are set to 1152x870. Click "Identify Monitors" and set them up the same way they fiscally positioned on the desk. If monitor #1 is on the left click and drag its identifying icon to the left of monitor #2.

 4. See that the mouse pointer goes from one monitor to the other.
 5. Open the Illustrator file you want to convert to video. For calibration you may open the "Safe Area" file which can be found on this computer. To find this file click "Command F".

 6. Open the same file in "Photoshop".

Make sure width is set up to 1152 pixels.
Drag the Photoshop window to the NTSC monitor. Double click the zoom tool and the "Full Screen Mode with Menu Bar" tool.
6. Set up the scan converter with the monitor in "Under Scan" so the green edge just disappear. Set up monitor to regular scan. The 90% safe area must be visible. You can change the file in Illustrator and after saving if you switch to Photoshop it will update the NTSC screen automatically.
7. Record the NTSC output.
